My favorite food

 Hello, my favorite food is noodles with bolognese sauce, it is a dish that is composed of wheat noodles, tomato sauce, beef and spices or additions.

To prepare it, first the noodles are cooked in a pot with water, then the meat is prepared in a pan with spices or additions (garlic, onion, carrot, among others), added the tomato sauce. Finally, add the noodles with the sauce and the dish is ready. 

I like this dish very much because since I was a child I was a fan of pasta and tomato, I like all kinds of noodles.

Actually, I can eat this dish only once a week, because when I was little I ate so much tomato sauce that it gave me a stomach ache, the doctor forbade me all tomato derivatives, but I could not give it up and I just reduced its consumption.
